Adult Day & Overnight Respite
Program
for 8-10 adults with
- Daily Supervision Requirements
- A Need for Social Opportunities
- Diagnosed Memory Impairment (may be limited to 4)
- Professionally Trained Staff
- Geriatric Specialists & Nurse Consultant
- Home-Like Environment
- Nutritionally Balanced Meals & Snacks
- Full, Part-Time, & Respite Programs: Open 5 days, 8:45-5:15
- Variety of Activities & Program Choices
- Caregiver Support Programs
Collaborations & Referral Sources Include:
- The Western Mass. Alzheimer’s Association
- Franklin County Area On Aging/Home Care Corporation
- Highland Valley Elder Services
- Area Physicians, Clinics, Colleges, & Hospitals
RATES:
4-5 Days/wk: $65/day * 2-3 Days/wk: $75/day * 1 day: $85 * Respite: $12.50/hour
Please note: Program is NOT covered by TRADITIONAL insurance. Program MAY be covered by Long Term Care Insurance. Financial assistance may be available through local Area on Aging Organizations.
